Does LPC assign a paralegal to an attorney?
No. Attorneys review applications and profiles, then decide whether and whom to engage.
Who defines the work and compensation?
The attorney defines the matter’s scope, deliverables, timing, and offered compensation.
Is Let’s-ParaConnect a law firm or staffing agency?
No. LPC is a technology platform. It does not provide legal advice, assign professionals, or supervise legal work.
How are payments handled?
The attorney funds the Matter through Stripe when hiring. LPC uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payment processing and route the payout to the paralegal after completion is confirmed in the platform or a platform review is resolved.
Can I request a conflicts check before hiring?
Yes. You can request a conflicts check or confidentiality agreement from a selected paralegal before hiring. These tools are optional; attorneys remain responsible for the professional obligations that apply to their Matter.
